Vehicle History

This vehicle was originally owned by the a Fire Protection District in Arizona, where it served as a dedicated transfer unit. We purchased it in 2018 as the second owners. It has since been used as an event medical vehicle in our Illinois and Wisconsin fleet. We are selling this unit as we transition operations in this region. Please note this truck was doing only transfers 110 miles to Flagstaff or 120 miles to Las Vegas multiple times a day for its entire service.

Condition and Maintenance

The truck has 394,000 miles, but it has been maintained to a very high standard. It comes with a 2-inch binder documenting every oil change, oil analysis, and repair from the day it was purchased.

• Rust-Free: Because this vehicle originated in Arizona and was not operated during Midwestern winters, there is zero rust on the body or frame.

• New Transmission: A brand-new GM 6-speed transmission was installed by a GM dealer at 340,000 miles.

• Mechanical Updates: * New GM water pump installed at 325,000 miles.

  • New fan clutch controller (2022) and serpentine belt.

  • New high-pressure power steering hose (2024).

  • Two new glow plugs.

  • New Firestone Transforce tires and TPM sensors.
